Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 5(STA)?" The roll was taken with the following result: 1995-05-08 Senate Journal Page 1632 SB 5 HCS CSSB 5(FIN) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 5(STA)? YEAS: 18 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Nays: Halford Excused: Donley and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 5(FIN) "An Act relating to the Alaska Election Code and to state election administration." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 5(FIN) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
